Are you one of those people who reads about the meetings of congressmen and other political leaders or watches TV news? If so, then you must be very interested in the current situation. The situation is certainly affecting us. Not a day goes by that I don\’t meet someone who doesn\’t talk about how things are going for at least a few minutes. Some people are so upset about it that they can\’t even discuss it. They are so completely absorbed in what is going on that it is impossible, for example, to convey a different opinion. And then there are those who start scolding you for your opinion. There was even one who was so immersed that he was probably doing nothing but sending out guaranteed messages about politicians and what was going on. It was impossible to have a conversation with him about anything else.
Personally, I am one of those people who knows what is going on in politics, but never gets upset about it. After all, why not? My nerves and my health are the only things that matter. Sure, there are occasional statements that make me angry, but that\’s really something. Of course, there are such statements. The current political situation is not easy. There are two slightly opposing camps. For example, I certainly find it strange that people with monthly incomes of 70,000-100,000 CZK or more comment on their salaries. How could such a person know how to live on 15,000 gross? It is utter nonsense. Of course there is much more to such things. But we need to not get distracted by it for too long. We need to focus on other things.
I think the political situation definitely affects us. For example, the fact that we talk about it in our free time over coffee is a sign. Let\’s not get carried away and follow the common sense that we all have. Simply talking about it is fine, but I am not going to spend all my free time on it. It is no longer a rational discussion or interest, it is prejudice. Rather, let\’s spend our time on more meaningful things and enjoy life as much as possible. We each have free will to choose, so it is up to us how we choose. We each deal with it in our own way and process it in different ways.
